Home Center Online Review

I made one purchase at the Homecenter.com store, and enjoyed my experience. I was looking for a towel warmer, as something to spruce up our master bathroom. The site was easy to navigate, and I found the information I wanted without fail. I liked the checkout process, because the shipping information wasn't on the last page. The store is geared more toward home renovators and do-it-yourself types, but they do have furnishings and accessories for those wanting a high quality item.

The site wasn't confusing, and had a good readable font. There wasn't too much on the front page, so it was appealing to the eyes. There was a phone number and call times, as soon as I opened the page, which is always a good sign of customer service. The tabs I enjoyed included, testimonials, policies, and product guides. These aren't usual front-page tabs, so I took interest in them.

The product page had a link to the warranty, size, and assembly information. On the product page, I was able to email a link to my husband at work, so he could see the choice I made. I liked the fact that on each product page, you are able to submit a better offer, to get the store to match the price. This really told me that I was getting the best deal for the model I chose. I can't say that I understood all of the details about the towel warmer I ordered, because it was a lot of information, but I was glad that it was there if I needed it.

Checking out on Home Center was a fast and easy process. The shipping information and costs are on the first page of the process. I got free ground shipping on my product, and it arrived in 5 days. It only took a minute for me to register for an account, and I used Google check out.

The item I ordered was top quality, and I was able to see all of the information and share it, prior to a purchase. I liked the registration process, because it was short, and the guaranteed price was a relief.
