Lack of sleep and stress play large roles in the growing belly as well. When people are under a great deal of stress, they tend to eat more comfort foods or convenient foods. You should buy healthy snacks at the store and keep them with you all of the time. That way, when the urge hits you, you can munch on something that is a better choice. You will be thankful later, and it will make your body look better, too.
Drink plenty of water. If you drink six to eight glasses of water a day, you will be less hungry and therefore, will eat less. Water is important for your body to keep your systems running at optimal levels. If you walk daily and drink water while you are walking, you will lose weight in a healthy way.
Finally, getting a good night's sleep is important. Don't drink caffeine or have too much to eat before bedtime. Your body will stay up late digesting all of the food if consumed later. Caffeine will interfere your sleep as well. Better selections of food, drinking enough of water, getting exercise and sleeping well will help you lose belly fat.
